Our Team

Dr. Susan Nouch, MD, CCFP
Dr. Susan Nouch has worked in the Metro Vancouver area as a family physician since 2010. She completed medical school and Family Practice Residency at the University of British Columbia.
In addition to performing immigration medical exams, Dr. Nouch continues to practice as a family physician, with a focus on refugee and newcomer health, as well as addiction and hepatitis C treatment.
Outside of the office, she mostly keeps busy these days being a soccer mom and muffin baker for her two busy little boys. She speaks some French and has been trying to learn German for at least 10 years.

Donna Mckenzie, BSN
Donna McKenzie spent her childhood in Vietnam and speaks fluent Vietnamese. She completed her nursing degree at UBC and had a career as a community health nurse. She worked with the Vietnamese ‘boat people’ in the late 1980s and eventually started a medical clinic for Vietnamese and Cambodian refugees. That clinic amalgamated with two other clinics and became Bridge Clinic, a provider of health care for refugees arriving in Vancouver.
After retiring from her nursing career, Donna began part time work as administrator at the clinic providing immigration medical exams with physician colleagues who worked at Bridge Clinic. In the other part of her life, she is an avid golfer and hangs out with her poodle.
