• Immigration Papers (work permit, study permit, IMM1017)

• Medication names and doses

• Medical reports or results

• Eye glasses or contact lenses

• English-speaking companion to assist you (if necessary)

• Drink water before your appointment

• Wear a short-sleeved shirt
